The Simonsen SMC 1752SHC high clearance spreader is designed to be a multi-purpose fertilizer spreader. From ridge till, to strip till, to pastures, to topdressing corn, the SMC 1752 offers the flexibility you need and the ruggedness you expect from Simonsen application equipment.
- Stainless Steel hopper, floor, rails, splash apron, mesh chain, slide assembly, gear box shafts, roller chain, and fan gearbox bracket.
- Adjustable tread width 72" to 120".
- 40 inches of distributor fan ground clearance.
- Heavy duty tubed frame with solid steel machined hitch clevis. The hitch clevis is designed to accommodate today's larger tractor drawbars.
- 540 RPM PTO driven distributor fan is standard with optional 540/1000 or hydraulically driven fan.
- Wheel driven apron chain. If variable rate spreading is desired, this spreader can be equipped to interface with most controllers.
- 50 foot single pass spreading.
- 170 cubic feet of hopper capacity. (5 tons of 60# per cu. ft. material.)
- Spread rates from 85# to 640# per acre.
